Please take note of the following:

Important Information:

• Each wreath is handcrafted; slight variations or natural imperfections may occur.
• Made with fresh, dried, or preserved foliage and flowers, wreath longevity depends on materials used and exposure to sunlight, rain, wind, humidity, temperature, and placement. We cannot guarantee how long it will last.
• Wreaths will dry out over time. Different materials will dry out at different rates. Materials may shrink, and wires may loosen—this is expected.
• Outdoor exposure may cause fading or damage. We recommend indoor or sheltered display.
• Fasten wreaths securely. Flowertastic is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from placement or handling.
• Dipped or dyed foliage may run when wet. Protect doors and surfaces accordingly.
• Dipped flowers and foliage are not treated by Flowertastic. We are not responsible for the quality or colour retention of these items once dried.
• Please note that photographs of our wreaths shared on social media or online (e.g. Instagram) are intended as visual guides. Due to lighting, screen settings, and the natural variation in materials, actual colours and appearance may differ slightly in real life.

Returns Policy:

• Report damages within 48 hours of receiving your wreath; photographic evidence is required to support any claims, and claims after this period will not be accepted.
• Returns accepted within 14 days with proof of purchase.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Care Tips:

• Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Lightly mist your wreath from time to time to help retain freshness and minimise shedding.
• Handle gently when adjusting or hanging.
• Applying hairspray to heather and gypsophila wreaths may help reduce shedding. Use at your own risk and never near flames or heat.

• May contain allergens; handle with care if sensitive.
• Keep out of reach of pets and children.
• Compost or recycle materials and packaging where possible.
• Return your wreath base to us—we can create a new seasonal wreath (fees apply).
